A high level of school drop-out and youth unemployment is being registered worldwide according to UNESCO's Global Education for All report.
On the other hand; the skills to get a job are not only taught in schools but also frequently in alternative programs such as in vocational training centers or through on-the-job training or seminars.
Many jobs require specific technical experience, young adults who have not gone to formal school or who have not been able to acquire skills to work through education can find in practical training a means to guarantee employment.
Like many other organizations, IMEGE intends to support this problem by organizing seminars, colloquiums and motivational talks for young people and proposing solutions to public and private schools.
Some of the themes of these seminars would be:
Importance of education
How to choose your career?
How to be an entrepreneur?
